System Provides Smaller CATV and IPTV Operators Access to Satellite Transport from Over 35 Satellites
Los Angeles -- (May 1, 2014) - NCTA Cable Show 2014 Antenna Technology Communications Inc. (ATCi), a provider communications systems and teleport services, announced from The Cable Show being held in Los Angeles that ATCi has recently implemented a turnkey content transport system to facilitate growth and profitability for evolving cable television and atomized IPTV markets. The new system meets the requirements for sports, news, entertainment and ethnic channels for IP based players vital harvesting tools to receive needed content from 69 degrees West to 139 degrees West in both C and Ku-band. Flexible/seamless delivery is the hallmark of the integrated cloud powered solution.
The new media ecosystem requires operators to deliver bandwidth to subscribers when they want it, how they want it, and where they want it. ATCi is able to meet these requirements by integrating comprehensive software overlays that provide functionality for the video/RF workflows and vanguard monitoring control systems for quality of service requirements. Over the last few years ATCi has implemented systems throughout North and South America for regional DTH, CATV, IPTV delivery to facilitate geographic content requirements while providing digital ad insertion access to improve the overall valuation of said content.
